Returns & Damage Policy

We carefully inspect, photograph, and describe each vintage item before listing. Due to the unique nature of vintage glassware and collectibles, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Keep all original packaging materials.
  3. Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The shipping box (all sides)
    • Interior packing materials
    • The shipping label

We insure fragile items for their full purchase value. Once documentation is received, we will promptly file a claim and arrange resolution.

Returns (Non-Damage)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor vintage wear consistent with age
  • Items accurately described and photographed

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
